We are a network of organizers, leaders, and everyday men committed to transformation—both personal and collective. Our mission is to build spaces where men can heal, grow, and take meaningful action in their communities. Through men’s circles, leadership development, and movement-building, we are creating a ripple effect of positive change across the nation.
The Blue Book: A Practical Guide
Our publication, The Blue Book, is a hands-on handbook for creating a men’s circle and increasing political and community involvement. Inspired by AA’s Big Book, it offers clear steps, tools, and inspiration to help men build spaces that foster transformation and lasting engagement.
Men on the Mic Campaign
We launched Men on the Mic, a grassroots social media campaign sharing real, transformational stories from our participants. These stories not only celebrate the growth happening inside existing circles but also inspire new circles to form across the country.
National and Regional Retreats
We host both national and regional retreats. National gatherings bring leaders together to anchor our shared vision and strengthen alignment, while regional retreats serve as launchpads for new men’s circles—offering training, connection, and inspiration.
A National Hub for Men’s Circles
We are building a national website that serves as a central resource for new and existing circles. It will house RMC materials, provide step-by-step guidance for starting a circle, and feature a live map to find and track men’s circles nationwide.
