For more than 30 years, we have been on the front lines of grassroots organizing—walking alongside communities, building coalitions, and amplifying voices that demand to be heard. Over the past two decades, we have played a key role in nearly every major movement moment, bringing people together to push for justice, equity, and lasting change.

Healing and Leadership Development

Our work isn’t only about mobilizing action—it’s about nurturing the people who power these movements. We have guided hundreds of men—both new and experienced organizers—through transformative healing processes, helping them grow as leaders, reconnect with purpose, and engage in the work with resilience and compassion.

The Problem

Impact That Lasts

Even with limited resources, our results speak for themselves. With just $50,000 in seed funding, we trained 35 men and launched 6 thriving circles across the Midwest. These circles became spaces of connection, learning, and mutual support, sparking a ripple effect of leadership and community building that continues today.
