1. We accepted we could not grow alone — that we needed a community of men to face what we’d been avoiding.
4. We named what we’re good at and what we struggle with — our gold and our shadow — and owned both without shame.
7. We recognized the difference between what “I” can change and what would need a community to come together and change.
10. We stepped into leadership — guiding circles, supporting brothers, and becoming the men we needed when we started.

The Solution 

In a circle we live into these values to become the men we want to be

2. We put in the work to build that community—showing up and asking others to join. All we needed was a willingness to change.
5. We took individual responsibility for the changes we need to make in our lives; no longer blaming others or waiting to be saved.
8. We examined the systems — internal and external — that keep us isolated, disempowered, or divided.
11. We carried the circle’s values into the world — into our homes and neighborhoods — to give what we learned to the next man.
3. We set goals for our lives and became accountable — to ourselves and to the circle — for living in alignment with them.
6. We learned to listen deeply, speak truthfully, and resolve conflict through clearings, not silence or resentment.
9. We stood together to confront not just our personal struggles, but the barriers to change in our communities.
